Job Description: Head Food Service Manager - Creating Exceptional Dining Experiences

About the Role: As a Head Food Service Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food experiences to our clients and customers while driving business growth and success. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing menus that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
  • Leading and motivating a team of chefs and kitchen staff to achieve outstanding results.


Requirements:
  • Possess a strong track record of culinary leadership and management.
  • Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent and a Food Hygiene certificate.
  • Have experience in a similar head food service manager role and possess excellent communication skills.


Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
