Senior Food Services Manager

We are recruiting an ambitious Senior Food Services Manager to join our team at Chartwells. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional food experiences for our clients.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving high-quality food that meets our high standards
- Overseeing menu changes and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Listening to customer feedback and acting on it
- Supporting the creation of new menus and food concepts
- Representing Chartwells and maintaining a positive brand image
- Monitoring inventories and kitchen cleaning responsibilities
- Complying with food handling, hygiene, and health and safety regulations
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
This role offers a competitive salary of $70,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as great perks and learning opportunities.
