Key Responsibilities:- Identify trends and review data to spot opportunities for improvement and recommend preventative and corrective actions.
- Work alongside a highly skilled team to continually develop quality performance and compliance across the business.
- Support the launch of new products by coordinating legal and company quality requirements.
- Contribute to health and safety and sustainability programmes.
- A 18-month programme consisting of a blend of theory and practical learning.
- A Food Industry technical qualification.
- 25 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays.
- Circa £23,510 per year with an annual salary review.
- Exceptional training and development throughout the duration of your apprenticeship.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Resident in Scotland for 3 years minimum.
- Highers in a science-related subject.
