Lusona Consultancy are delighted to be partnering with a leading Scottish business for the role of FP&A Accountant, based in Lanarkshire. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established organisation, providing context to the financials and their impact.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing financial processes and reporting, providing analysis on sales, margin, product and overheads, and collaborating with non-financial stakeholders to provide data that will assist in profit maximisation.

Applicants will ideally be hands-on qualified accountants (ACCA/CIMA/ICAS) with experience gained from a food retailing or manufacturing environment. They will be proficient in the use of Excel/PowerPoint, with excellent analysis skills to manage large volumes of fast-paced data. Strong written and verbal communication skills are important to successfully collaborate with both financial and non-financial stakeholders across the business.

The company offers a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
