Role Overview

Finsbury Food Group is a leading speciality bakery manufacturer seeking a skilled Technical Services Manager to join our team in Cardiff. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing processing of complaints for the group, in line with our Service Level Agreement (SLA).

You will collate and process all complaints received for Finsbury Food Group via various methods, logging them into the Ideagen/QADEX database.

This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication and written skills, as well as computer literacy including Excel and spreadsheets. You will be able to operate independently or as part of a team, with a methodical approach to managing your workload.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers/consumers to obtain further details and retrieve foreign body samples to progress complaint investigations.
  • Notify relevant site personnel of any signs of trending in compliance with the SLA.
  • Monitor and chase outstanding investigations/root cause from sites to close out complaints in accordance with the SLA.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Computer literate, including Excel and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to operate independently or as part of a team.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
