About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Scheme Administrator to join our team at Bruin Financial. As a key member of our Member Services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional administration services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process members' benefits based on their entitlements under pension scheme rules
  • Update relevant pension administration systems or databases to ensure accuracy of information and corresponding benefit entitlements
  • Communicate member's entitlements and resolve member queries both verbally and in writing
  • Document work processes and provide support to other members of the Member Services team
  • Assist with one-off projects
Requirements
  • Experience of administering a DB Pension Scheme
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with a home/office split
