About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pension Administration Specialist to join our team at Aon. As a key member of our pension administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our pension administration processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Be a subject matter expert in pension administration processes, clients, systems, and tools.
- Monitor team activity and coordinate workload in line with service level agreements by organizing, prioritizing, and making effective workload allocation decisions.
- Produce and analyze reports as required for internal and external clients and requirements.
- Identify issues with processes handled in teams and drive a process to find and implement solutions.
- Implement changes to tools and documentation needed to support effective service delivery.
- Increase the level of processing knowledge and drive continuous improvement in all areas of processing.
- Write and maintain knowledge documents, keeping them up to date and incorporating changes to legislation.
- Share best practice with colleagues through process and tool training.
- Participate in both internal and external audits.
- Be a role model in the team by giving constructive feedback to colleagues to improve performance and supporting the Manager.
- Coordinate and participate in projects that will impact the work of teams and domains.
Requirements
- Pension administration experience.
- Team player, who can work to deadlines.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and commitment to provide ongoing quality.
- Understanding of Word and Excel.
