About the Role

As a Senior Homeless Support Service Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals and families affected by homelessness. You will work closely with the Homeless Service Manager to deliver services that meet the needs of our clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating services within the Homeless Support Service and Winter Shelter
  • Planning and developing new initiatives to enhance our offer
  • Working collaboratively with the Homeless Service team to achieve our goals

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience working with vulnerable populations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of homelessness prevention strategies

Salary and Benefits:

  • £23,500 per annum
  • 37.5 hours per week
