Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as an Administration and Reception Support Services Officer.

As a key member of the Homeless Support Service team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the service manager and staff, including maintaining accurate records and databases, responding to inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.

About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals experiencing homelessness.

You will work closely with our experienced team to provide support and guidance to clients, helping them to access housing opportunities and other essential services.

  • Assist clients in securing housing options and offer move-on outreach support for up to 3 months after securing housing.
  • Maintain the HSS database by monitoring and logging clients' records and activities on the HSS database, taking full ownership of the administrative records relating to your client caseload in our In-Form database.
