Senior Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our low and medium secure mental health hospital for men in Charlwood, Surrey.
Job Overview:- The role will involve managing a complex caseload, conducting social care and risk assessments, facilitating group activities, and contributing to ICR meetings.
- You will also support service users in planning for their future, report to the Safeguarding Lead, and liaise with home authorities throughout the admission and discharge processes.
- Educate hospital staff on safeguarding matters.
- Complete full annual social care reassessments within the CPA format.
- Facilitate access to welfare rights, housing, advocacy services, and associated support systems.
- Participate in 1:1 supervision sessions.
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Degree in Social Work.
- £35,000 - £37,000 per annum salary.
- Comprehensive three-week paid induction.
