Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate High-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team at Qualiteach Ltd. As an HLTA, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide targeted support to pupils with SEN, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
  • Assist in planning and delivering tailored lessons, adapting content to meet the diverse needs of pupils across different age groups.
  • Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to ensure each pupil receives the best possible support.
  • Prepare and organise specialised teaching materials and resources to facilitate effective learning.
  • Implement and support behaviour management strategies that create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
