About The Lakes Care Centre

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Leader to join our team at The Lakes Care Centre. As a Care Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small team of carers to deliver outstanding care to our residents, while encouraging them to always do their best.

About the Role

As a Care Leader, you will be responsible for planning and implementing care plans that give our residents a real sense of security, dignity, and independence. You will ensure that care plans are regularly reviewed through continuous assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team of carers to deliver outstanding care to our residents
  • Plan and implement care plans that meet the needs of our residents
  • Ensure that care plans are regularly reviewed and updated
  • Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the care home
  • Manage your time effectively to ensure that you are able to support your team and ensure the wellbeing of our residents

About You

We are looking for a positive role model with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to get along with others. You will be a supportive individual who is able to motivate others to deliver the best possible care to our residents at all times.
