We are seeking an experienced carer to join our team as a Night Care Leader at The Lakes Care Centre. As a Night Care Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small team of carers to deliver high-quality care to our residents.

About the Role

As a Night Care Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our residents and the care home. You will lead a team of carers to deliver care plans, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate records. You will also be responsible for motivating your team to deliver the best possible care to our residents.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent
  • Experience in leading a team to deliver care
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to get along with others
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team to deliver high-quality care
