About The Lakes Care Centre
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Care Leader to join our team at The Lakes Care Centre. As a Care Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small team of carers to deliver outstanding care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
- Lead and manage a team of carers to ensure high-quality care is delivered
- Conduct regular reviews of care plans and make adjustments as needed
- Manage time effectively to balance supporting the team and ensuring resident wellbeing
Requirements
- Previous experience in a residential care setting
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or willingness to study for it
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and support team members
