We are seeking an experienced Night Care Leader to join our team at The Lakes Care Centre. As a Night Care Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small team of carers and ensuring the safety and security of our residents and the home.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced carer to progress their career and take on a leadership role. You will be responsible for managing the time of both yourself and your team effectively to support the wellbeing of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team of carers to deliver high-quality care to our residents
  • Ensure the safety and security of our residents and the home
  • Manage the time of both yourself and your team effectively
  • Review care plans and maintain accurate records

About You

We are looking for an experienced carer with a NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, or equivalent. You will be a positive role model with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to get along with others. A supportive leader, you will motivate your team to deliver the best possible care to our residents at all times.
