We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Night Care Leader to join our team at The Lakes Care Centre. As a Night Care Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small team of carers and ensuring the safety and security of our residents and the home.

About the Role

As a Night Care Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of carers to deliver high-quality care to our residents
  • Ensuring the safety and security of our residents and the home
  • Reviewing care plans and maintaining accurate records
  • Managing the time of both yourself and your team effectively

About You

We are looking for an experienced carer with a desire to progress their career to the next level. You will have NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, or you've achieved NVQ Level 2, and you're prepared to study for NVQ Level 3. You will also be experienced in leading a team to deliver care, be keen to progress to a role with greater levels of responsibility and be willing to undertake relevant training to support your career development in a nurturing, engaging and rewarding environment.
