About The Lakes Care Centre
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Night Care Leader to join our team at The Lakes Care Centre. As a Night Care Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small team of carers to deliver high-quality care to our residents.
About the Role
As a Night Care Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our residents and the care home. You will lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to providing person-centred care that is tailored to the individual needs of each resident.
You will work closely with our care teams to ensure that care plans are regularly reviewed and updated, and that accurate records are maintained. You will also be responsible for managing the time of your team effectively to support the wellbeing of our residents.

About You
We are looking for an experienced carer with a NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, or equivalent. You will have a proven track record of leading a team to deliver high-quality care, and be keen to progress to a role with greater levels of responsibility. You will also be a positive role model, with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to get along with others.
