We are seeking an experienced Care Leader to join our team at The Lakes Care Centre. As a Care Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small team of carers to deliver outstanding care to our residents.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
- Lead and motivate your team to deliver high-quality care
- Support the Home Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the care home
- Manage your time effectively to balance supporting your team and ensuring the wellbeing of our residents

About You
We are looking for a positive role model with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to get along with others. You will have previous experience of working in a residential care setting and hold a NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care. You may also have previous supervisory experience, but this is not essential.
