About The Role

We are seeking an experienced carer or senior carer to lead a small team of people to deliver outstanding care to our residents at The Lakes Care Centre.

As a Care Leader, you will be responsible for planning and implementing care plans, ensuring the wellbeing of our residents, and supporting the Home Manager.

You will have previous experience of working in a residential care setting and hold a NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, or be willing to study for it.
