We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a temporary basis over the festive period. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining our high culinary standards while supporting the team during a busy time of the year. Availability is required for the whole month of December due to the level of business at this time.

Job Description:
You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain efficient kitchen operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality dishes. Additionally, you will assist in menu development and contribute creative ideas for festive specials. You will also be responsible for upholding strict hygiene and food safety standards and assisting with stock control, ordering, and maintaining kitchen equipment.

Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in a Chef de Partie role or similar, ideally in a high-volume kitchen.
  2. Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques and seasonal ingredients.
  3. Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service times.
  4. A passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
  5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  6. Flexible availability, particularly during evenings, weekends, and key holiday dates (including Christmas and New Year).
  7. Relevant food hygiene certification is a plus.
