About the Job:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Festival Staff Assistant. As a key member of our HR department, you will support all HR functions, with a particular focus on recruitment and staffing for our 2025 festival.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in recruitment and HR operations, working closely with a supportive team. You will also have the chance to contribute to the success of one of Scotland's most renowned festivals.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment process for seasonal staff.
  • Assist in various HR functions, including scheduling, timekeeping, and leave management.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A salary of £22,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.
