Regional HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional HR Business Partner to join our team at Ashdown Group. This exciting role involves working closely with nurseries across the South of England, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and supporting the strategic growth of the business.

As a Regional HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting Early Years settings by working closely with Nursery Managers and leadership teams to drive best practices and ensure operational excellence and safer practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert guidance and support across HR, resourcing, employee relations, performance management, and team development.
  • Leading and supporting projects focused on quality improvement, change management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensuring alignment with the organisation's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, helping to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for both staff and children.
  • Collaborating on the development and execution of innovative strategies to improve service delivery and support long-term organisational growth.
