We are seeking a talented Restaurant General Manager to join our team at Giggling Squid, the largest Thai restaurant group in the UK. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver outstanding service and quality food
  • Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including financials, operations, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals
