Restaurant General Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of skilled chefs and front-of-house staff to deliver an outstanding guest experience
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and inventory control
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and maintain high standards
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a motivated and skilled team
