Warehouse Team Leader

Taskmaster Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our client's team based at their office in Deeping St James and Stamford site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring efficient and productive operations.
  • Motivate and lead the team to achieve organizational goals, developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
  • Delegate tasks to team members, conduct training, and mentorship to maximize their potential.
  • Monitor performance, ensuring the team is productive, efficient, and motivated.
  • Lead and manage a team of employees, overseeing stock and inventory control, quality control, and health & safety.
Requirements:
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of computer applications, including Excel and WMS/ERP systems.
  • Clean driving license and own vehicle required.
  • Counterbalance license desirable.
  • Logistics experience and ability to be a team player, with a willingness to cross-train.
Working Hours and Pay:

Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with a competitive salary of £27,000 per annum.
