Are you looking for a challenging role in a dynamic warehouse environment?
We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team at Labcorp Early Development Laboratories Limited in Eye, Suffolk.
As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining the flow of goods and documents to end-user departments, including purchased goods, client samples, mail, and data.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring that goods are stored in the correct location.
- Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that specifications and quantities are correct.
- Delivering goods and samples to operational and service departments on-site and off-site.
- Receiving and processing deliveries into our ERP system.
- Ensuring that non-conforming consignments are quarantined and reported to a manager.
- Assisting in inventory management and cycle counts.
- Sorting and distributing internal and external mail.
- Distributing QA data.
- Performing housekeeping duties.
- Filing delivery notes, pick plans, and sample forms.
- Complying with department SOPs and other relevant policies and regulations.
- Working overtime and attending out-of-hours call-outs as required.
We are looking for someone with experience working in a warehouse role, a full valid UK driver's license, and ideally a counterbalance forklift license.
