Warehouse Operative Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team at Adecco. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick and pack products efficiently and accurately for shipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
  • Receive and inspect incoming goods, checking for quality and accuracy
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and effectively
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by suggesting process enhancements
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
  • Participate in periodic inventory counts
  • Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred, but not essential
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in using warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training will be provided if needed)
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
