Restaurant General Manager Opportunity

Giggling Squid, the largest Thai restaurant group in the UK, is seeking a talented Restaurant General Manager to join their team. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled chefs and welcoming front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will have experience working at management level in a branded or independent environment, with full accountability for all aspects of the business. They will have a keen eye for detail, never compromising on standards, and will be able to think on their feet, adapting well to the exciting changes working for a growing company can bring.

The successful candidate will be a passionate advocate for Giggling Squid's authentic fresh food and exceptional service, with a strong focus on developing their team every day. They will have full knowledge of financials and will be able to lead by example, inspiring and coaching their team to achieve business success.
