About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Everyturn Mental Health. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care and support of individuals with mental health needs
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans and policies
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous development of the service

About You

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Mental Health Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support. You will have a strong commitment to person-centered care and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

  • NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse
  • Relevant experience working with individuals with mental health needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong commitment to person-centered care and continuous professional development
