**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Exemplar Health Care. As a Registered Nurse (RNM/RNLD), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support in our care home setting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver person-centered care to patients with mental health needs
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments
