Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality nursing care to individuals with complex needs
- Developing and implementing individualised care plans
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Providing education and support to individuals and their families
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RNM) or Registered Nurse (RGN/RMNLD) qualification
- Valid NMC registration
- Experience working with adults with complex care and health needs
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
