Nurse Care Specialist

About the Role
Careline Lifestyles is a specialist provider of residential and nursing care for adults with acquired brain injuries, neurological conditions, mental health needs, learning and complex physical disabilities.
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team and provide high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing and holistic care to service users based on assessment of care needs
- Develop therapeutic relationships with service users to assess care needs, plan and implement care plans and nursing interventions
- Continuously evaluate the quality of care given and regularly reassess the needs of service users
- Administer medication and ensure accurate documentation for each service user
- Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms and clinical areas
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and work collaboratively with a wide range of professionals
Requirements
- Qualified and registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD)
- 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred)
Working Conditions
- 12-hour shifts (8am-8pm and 8pm-8am)
- Sessional/Bank shifts available
- Competitive hourly rate: £19.17 per hour for day shifts and £19.44 per hour for nights and weekends
