About the Role

Careline Lifestyles is a specialist provider of residential and nursing care for adults with acquired brain injuries, neurological conditions, mental health needs, learning and complex physical disabilities. We are family run and have been established for over 30 years.

As a Registered Nurse, you will play an active role in our multidisciplinary team, working closely with colleagues to provide high-quality care to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our service users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing and holistic care to service users, based on individualized care plans
  • Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they are tailored to meet the unique needs of each service user
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with NMC codes of conduct and Scope of Practice
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, sharing knowledge and expertise to improve care delivery

Requirements

  • Qualified and registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD)
  • 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred)
