Education Partnership North East Team Lead

As a highly motivated and competent individual, you will support the Head of Estates in managing and operating the college estate. This includes assisting in maintaining a proactive and customer-focused team, ensuring college buildings and facilities remain available, fit for purpose, and safe to use.
The ideal candidate will be flexible, customer-focused, and confident in managing and supporting a team while being prepared for occasional travel between sites to oversee operations and provide support where needed.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in operating a proactive and customer-focused team
- Maintain college buildings and facilities to ensure availability and safety
- Support the Head of Estates in day-to-day management and operation of the college estate
Requirements:
- Experience in estates management or a related field
- Excellent organisational, mechanical, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and work to deadlines
