Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our Children's Services team as the Senior Manager for Family Placement. This role will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of effective family placement strategies, ensuring that children receive the best possible care and support.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in social work, with experience in managing teams and developing policies. A key aspect of this role will be working closely with the Head of Service to ensure seamless delivery of services and attainment of excellent outcomes for children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of family placement strategies
  • Manage a team of professionals to ensure effective delivery of services
  • Collaborate with external agencies to achieve excellent outcomes for children and families
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including carers, adoptive parents, and community groups
