Housing Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housing Management Services Manager to join our team at Yolk Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality housing management services to our customers.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of housing management services, including tenancy management, community safety, and liaison with partners. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on performance, developing policies and processes, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the delivery of housing management services, including tenancy management, community safety, and liaison with partners.
- Monitor and report on performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address underperformance.
- Develop and implement policies and processes to ensure high-quality consistent services are delivered across all locations.
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent housing and anti-social behaviour management.
- Manage a designated budget, ensuring value for money is achieved through effective monitoring and control of expenditure.
- Excellent level of housing law and practice knowledge, including anti-social behaviour and enforcement.
- Knowledge of letting properties and experience of coaching and developing team members.
