Housing Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housing Management Services Manager to join our team at Yolk Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality housing services to our customers, ensuring that our neighbourhoods are safe and sustainable places to live.
The Opportunity:This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a values-driven Housing Association that is committed to making a meaningful impact in the community. As a Housing Management Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of housing management services, including tenancy management, community safety, and liaison with partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the delivery of an outstanding housing service, ensuring that all areas are managed effectively and efficiently.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve tenancy management, community safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with frontline neighbourhood teams to deliver services directly to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Monitor and report on performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing good practice across all neighbourhoods.
- Operational responsibility for the development of policies and processes to ensure high-quality consistent services are delivered in every location.
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent housing and anti-social behaviour management.
- Measure key people performance indicators against success measures to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide vision and leadership to the Neighbourhood team, managing people, performance, development, health and wellbeing issues, and resources effectively.
- Manage a designated budget, ensuring value for money is achieved in all circumstances.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent level of housing law and practice knowledge, including anti-social behaviour and enforcement.
- Knowledge of letting properties and tenancy management.
- Experience of coaching and developing team members.
