Housing Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housing Management Services Manager to join our team at Yolk Recruitment Ltd.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an outstanding housing service, including the management of tenancies, allocations, and community safety. This will involve leading the delivery of housing management services, managing performance and support of frontline neighbourhood teams, and developing policies and processes to ensure high-quality consistent services are delivered.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the delivery of housing management services, including tenancy management, community safety, and liaison with partners.
- Deliver a tenant-centric service and sustained tenancies through an understanding of ACE, trauma-informed care, and related methodologies.
- Monitor and report on performance of all geographical areas, identifying areas of underperformance and developing good practice.
- Operational responsibility for the development of policies and processes to ensure high-quality consistent services are delivered.
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent housing and anti-social behaviour management.
- Measure key people performance indicators against success measures to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide vision and leadership to the Neighbourhood team, managing people, performance, development, health and wellbeing issues, and resources effectively.
- Manage a designated budget, ensuring value for money is achieved through the monitoring and control of expenditure.
- Excellent level of housing law and practice knowledge, including anti-social behaviour and enforcement.
