About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Recruitment Placement Professional. As a key member of our HR Resourcing team, you will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process for our undergraduate placement scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the recruitment process for our undergraduate placement scheme
  • Develop and maintain relationships with academic institutions and recruitment agencies
  • Source and shortlist candidates for placement opportunities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and interview plans
  • Provide administrative support for the recruitment process

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the recruitment process and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
