About this Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and independent individual to join our team as a Post Delivery Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to our customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver mail and packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Operate a vehicle safely and follow all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet business objectives.

Requirements

  • Valid UK manual driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer

  • A competitive monthly salary equivalent to an hourly rate of £12.54p/hr.
  • Overtime paid at 1.25 x the normal hourly rate.
  • 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (pro-rata).
