About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Account Manager to join our team at Avantor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new sales
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a Science or Business discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven sales experience in a Business-to-Business environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze data to inform sales decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Fluent in written and verbal English
