Job Summary
Culina Group is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including C-level executives and other decision-makers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expansion of existing client relationships and pursuit of new clients.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of client projects and initiatives.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior leadership on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business results.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Culina Group remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a commercial or sales role, preferably in the food industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
