- Manage the commercial relationship and development of specific key clients within the CML network.
- Develop and implement joint business plans with clients to drive activity and monitor performance.
- Build and maintain strong internal relationships with all CML departments to efficiently deal with customer queries.
- Support the Head of Commercial in contract negotiations and tenders.
- Ensure the delivery of financial KPIs in relation to volume, sales, and profit.
- Work with the Platform Manager to maintain the New Business Pipeline.
- Support and mentor the development of the CML Commercial team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a similar commercial role.
- Knowledge of the food industry is desirable.
- Highly organised, efficient, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Able to work using your own initiative at a senior level and as part of a team.
- Professional, approachable, and helpful when communicating with clients and colleagues.
