- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance patients' functional independence and quality of life
- Provide hands-on therapy and education to patients and their families
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure coordinated care
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
