About the Role
As a Helpdesk Administrator at PRS, you will play a crucial part in the success of our team. This contract position comes with an estimated salary of £13,333 per year, based on a 37.5-hour week and £13.33 per hour. Your responsibilities will include planning and coordination of workflow from the Helpdesk and Maximo processes. You will also provide client call handling and creation of faults on the CMMS system, support the CAFM system, and offer Planning & Coordination support to the Team Leaders in the planning office. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring associated Estates services data management, supporting the Planning & Coordination lead, managing the security of the CAFM system, collecting data for technical management, presenting data in standard formats, assisting Compliance manager, issuing PPM and reactive work, compiling reports, scheduling Maintenance plans, and handling telephone calls from the trust.

Requirements:
  1. Proven experience within a similar role.
  2. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  3. Self-motivated and able to adapt to changing priorities.
  4. Able to demonstrate an aptitude for problem solving using a logical approach.
  5. Works well in a pressurised environment.
  6. Ability to deal with people at all levels.
  7. Aware of relevant Health & Safety and general legislative matters.
  8. Must be computer literate.
  9. Good level of mathematical skills.
