Job Title: Service Advisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Marshall Motor Group. As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their vehicle's service requirements and costs.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and on time.
- Manage customer expectations and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
