First Choice Selection Services is seeking a skilled Call Center Coordinator to join our team in the vibrant town of Coleraine. This full-time position offers a competitive salary, ranging from £18,000 to £22,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively under pressure, responding to multiple calls and alarms simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Key responsibilities include:

  • Transferring calls to relevant departments efficiently
  • Responding promptly and professionally to alarm notifications
  • Monitoring and reporting any issues with phone systems and directories

We require applicants to possess 4 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including English and Maths, or one year of experience in a similar environment. Additionally, candidates should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency in Microsoft software packages. Knowledge of switchboards and phone systems is desirable but not essential.
