About the Role:

As a Beauty Therapist at Groupe Clarins, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing high-quality skincare treatments. Your expertise will be essential in engaging customers in our brand journey and increasing product sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high standard of customer service by performing treatments in accordance with Clarins treatment guidelines.
  • Develop and implement effective skincare conversations with customers, highlighting the unique benefits of our products and services.
  • Focus on customer loyalty and retention, ensuring customers return to our brand.
  • Create an engaging retail environment that showcases our brand story and products.
  • Overcome sales challenges with confidence and enthusiasm.
  • Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the treatment room, reception, and laundry area.

Requirements:

  • Possess a strong passion for skincare and beauty.
  • Be a confident and articulate communicator with excellent customer service skills.
  • Be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Be customer-focused and results-oriented.
  • Hold a relevant beauty therapy qualification (NVQ 2 & 3 or equivalent).
  • Have experience in a hands-on beauty or retail role with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Have commercial awareness and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
