About the Role

As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through our range of treatments and services. You will work closely with our team to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized treatments and services to guests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our treatments and services, including our unique offerings and amenities.
  • Work collaboratively with the spa team to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new treatments and services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

  • A competitive hourly rate of 14.17, with guaranteed hours and paid overtime.

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a destination spa or hotel spa.
  • Spa UK Qualified to NVQ level 3 or ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO (or equivalent in beauty treatments and massage).
  • Availability to work 24 hours per week across 2 to 3 shifts.
  • Drive to produce results and a commitment to service excellence.
