Spa Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Spa Therapist to join our team at Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, delivering high-quality treatments, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Interactions: Welcome guests to the Spa, educate them on our offerings, and discuss treatment options.
  • Performing Treatments: Deliver treatments within guidelines, ensuring a relaxing and comfortable experience for guests.
  • Promoting Products: Recommend and up-sell our treatments and products, based on your knowledge and interaction with guests.
Requirements:
  • Availability to work 5 shifts per week (40 hours contract)
  • Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a destination Spa or Hotel Spa
  • Spa UK Qualified to NVQ level 3 or ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO (or equivalent in beauty treatments and massage)
  • Ishga and Oskia training will be provided, but previous experience is highly desirable
  • Drive to produce results, with a can-do attitude and commitment to service
  • A warm and authentic personality, with a willingness to work within our team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
